Q Can I visit somewhere to check what is advertised is as good as you describe?

A Yes please feel free to visit our Leicestershire showroom so we can show you in person.



Q Do you offer a returns policy?

A Yes on damaged goods we will collect and deliver a new item to you the original consignment must be boxed as delivered to be able to return the goods, if you decide you want to return the goods for any reason other than damaged goods these will have to been as new in its original box and packaging. failure to return damaged or returned goods in there original new unused packaging will not be accepted.



Q How fast is delivery?

A Please see on all product pages there is a badge that will give a a delivery window before you purchase, if you require the goods faster please email us before your purchase the goods to see if that is possible.



Q Can I pay on delivery?

A No, this is not available.



Q Do you offer a guarantee?

A Most items of furniture will have a 12 months quality guarantee, please check before you purchase to confirm this is available on your item of furniture.
